Large drum sets, oversized items, or mixed orders may require additional processing.

We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers as needed based on package size, destination, service level, and cost.

Shipping options available at checkout may include standard shipping, expedited shipping, and any other options offered at the time of purchase.

Delivery Estimates

After an order ships, standard delivery time is dependent on the destination and the shipping method selected.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders over $100 receive free shipping.

The applicable rate will be shown during checkout when available.

Oversized and Instrument-Specific Items

Some drum-related items may ship in multiple packages.

Oversized items may require extra packaging or additional processing time. In some cases, large or heavy orders may require special shipping arrangements.

If an order contains both regular items and oversized items, the items may ship together or separately depending on availability and carrier requirements.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.

If tracking information is not received within 3 business days after your order ships, please contact us so we can help.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Please include your order number and detailed photos if the package or item arrived damaged.

Special Orders and Exceptions

Special-order items, backorders, and items that require factory fulfillment may take longer than standard in-stock products.

If a product has an unusual shipping timeline, we will do our best to communicate that during the ordering process or after the order is placed.
